McBusted

Hello friends!

It's been a long time since I've posted anything on here! I have been so busy with A-Levels that I haven't had any time to do anything interesting to post about... until recently.

I went to see Fall Out Boy and The Wanted in March (in the space of 13 days, it was a busy month - I also turned 18 *party dance*), and Fall Out Boy was probably one of the best concerts I have ever been to! We got there at about half 9 in the morning, keen I know, but we wanted to get near the front. It worked, and we were at the barrier when we got in. So I managed to see them all up close, and I got a tad bit excited... here are some snaps!

After seeing Fall Out Boy, I thought that it beat absolutely everything that I have ever been to. Until I went to see McBusted...

We heard about this 'OMFG tin' from one of our friends, which is basically a tin with some drumsticks and guitar picks and a poster. However, in some of the tins were wristbands to get into the 'OMFG' zone (which is the bit in the middle of the main bit of stage and the stage that goes round). We were talking about it all the time we were there, not expecting to get any. So when we got in, I went into the crowd to get us a spot while my sister went to get one of these 'OMFG' tins. I was looking around for her for such a long time, and when I saw her walking towards me waving two wristbands in her hand, I almost died. It was the best feeling ever!

So basically, we went from being in the main crowd to being in the OMFG zone with loads and loads of space. Here's a comparison:
the left is the one in the OMFG zone, the right is where I was before

The fact that I was that close made up for the fact I never saw Busted as a child. It was the best concert I have ever been to ever, and it's set the bar for anything I see after this. James was always my favourite from Busted, and Danny from McFly, and they were the two who were in front of me when they came on stage. I got quite a few good pictures... here are just a few!

they played tom's wedding speech, and he crashed the wedding

calm before the storm, I can tell you I did not look pretty after dancing and sweating as much as I did.. mmmm

My highlights of the night were probably Air Hostess, Thunderbirds are Go and Crashed the Wedding.. but to top all of that it was probably the two times Danny noticed me and winked at me. A little bit of me died inside, both times. It was the best night ever, and if you didn't go/are not going you're missing out.. BIG TIME.

I want to go back so much, it was so so so so good.

Anyways, it's nice to be back!

Hope you enjoyed!

Let me know if you've been to see McBusted, or Fall Out Boy? And let me know what your favourite bit was....?

Until next time,

Horror Films

Hello friends!

Long time no post! I am so bad with this blogging malarky it's unreal. I apologise for anyone who is expecting regular posts, you're not going to get them here!

So me and my sister have made a deal - if I watch 12 horror films with her during October she will take off some of the money that I owe her. Being someone with no money, I can't really turn it down. I have never been into horror films, I watched 'Haunting in Connecticut' once and that terrified me. But as I'm hoping to be a film student next year, I need to get on it a little bit more.

We started with Nightmare on Elm Street, which wasn't scary at all. Plus, it's got Johnny Depp in it, and we all know how much I adore Johnny. Then we watched Scream, that also wasn't scary at all but I think it's because I had watched Scary Movie before and I kept remembering scenes in that and just laughing. The most recent one we have watched was the Evil Dead. I was the most terrified about watching this one because I heard that it was really really scary, but after watching it I was fine. I was a little bit on edge, but it honestly wasn't that bad.

There are still loads of films left on the list, the next one that I am really petrified about is 'Grave Encounters'. My sister told me that when she watched it she was scared for months. Can't wait for that..........

Thank you for reading, I will keep you all updated on how this horror movie-ing is going. I can't wait until it's over!

Until next time.

Summer in the City

Hello friends!

I have FINALLY got around to writing this post, I'm not sure what took me so long to be honest!

On the 17th and 18th August, I went to Summer in the City. Many of you have probably heard about it - it's a youtube gathering/convention that took place in Alexandra Palace in London. Pretty much a British, (much) smaller version of Vidcon. It was absolutely fantastic, despite being pooed on by a pigeon on the way up to London!

I met so many people (most of them being youtubers) and attended some really helpful panels with people such as Tomska and Jacksgap. Here's some of the pictures from the whole weekend!

The lovely Cal and his pal (Luke). They were walking around with the coolest t-shirts, so I had to ask who they were.

B-E-A-UTIFUL CASPAR!

Selfies with Chai (MyNamesChai)

Emma Pickles! She told me flash was her worst enemy, but I think she still looks incredible!

Joe (ThatcherJoe) and Jim (JimChapman)! Can you tell from the photo in the bottom left that I didn't realise Jim was going to spam my phone with photos of us!?

Oh my goodness graci-anya-ous! Love Joey Graceffa!

Oli White! He was cute!

Tanya Burr *falls on ground and cries happy tears*. She was so sweet!

Fab-u-lous *z-snap*. Can we take a moment to appreciate this?

I wasn't going to put this on, but I don't even care! Me and Hannah being special...

More selfies!

Me and Amy finally met!

EXTREME close up.......

This was be before it even began, look at the happy face.

It was such an amazing weekend, and already I can't wait for next year. I feel so lucky to have met all the people I did meet, but there were a few I would have loved to have met that I probably could have done with my friends, Hannah and Aimee, such as Alfie and Marcus and Troye Sivan. As well as all of this, I high-fived Chris Kendall (Crabstickz) which is one thing I will continue to boast about for the rest of my life.

Anyways, that's all! I hope you enjoyed reading this post, and I hope that it has made you really want to come along next year. Just looking over these photos makes me excited for next year!

Until next time...

My Bucketlist!

Hello friends!

Time to update my bucketlist! Obviously, this is only the second post I have done on this! I keep meaning to ask my sister how to add another tab onto my blog to keep track with all the things that I end up putting on my bucketlist as she's the one who is good with all this stuff, but I keep forgetting!

So, what do I want to put on my bucketlist today? I have a few more to add today...

I'm not the kind of person to be completely depressed about my weight and let it get me down. However, every time I go on tumblr I find a picture of a really slim girl who looks amazing, and I want to be like that. Let's be honest, I'm not ever going to be stick thin, but I'd like to be a little thinner than I am now.

This has been at the top of my 'want to do' list for such a long time. I have so many friends that have done it and I envy them. I love elephants, and riding one would be such an amazing thing to do!

This is quite similar to the riding an elephant one, but I really want to go on a safari in Africa. African wildlife amazes me, and I'd love to go and see everything in it's natural habitat! That's most definitely something I plan to do in the future!

Thanks for reading, it's not a very long post, I know, but it's just an update really. Hope you enjoy reading these posts, and I have so many things to add in the future!

Until next time...

Bobbl

Hello friends!

Recently, I have been doing a little promotion mainly on twitter for a new company - Bobbl. Bobbl are a range of interchangeable hats and Bobbls, and ever since I heard about the idea I have loved it. I received my hat just hours ago and I haven't taken it off! The Bobbls are made with racoon fur which is so SO soft, and come in five colours - natural, teal, yellow, purple and pink. The hats are a wool and acrylic mix (50/50) and also come in five colours - green, cream, grey, maroon and black.

And yes, it is interchangeable. So you can mix and match any colour hat with any colour Bobbl depending on your oufit - there is a popper on the top which is more than easy enough to unpop. Furthermore, each Bobbl is handmade, meaning that the size and shape is unique. I absolutely love the idea, and I plan to buy some more Bobbls so I can change it around a bit! Who doesn't love the idea of interchangeable Bobbls!?!?! Like their facebook page (www.facebook.com/bobble.co.uk) and have a look at the different combinations you can get!

Like I said, since I received mine (it's been a matter of hours) I haven't taken it off my head, it's so comfortable to wear. I liked the cream hat and teal Bobbl, and the colour of the teal is so pretty.

It's more than perfect for when it comes round to the autumn/winter months, it's so snuggly and warm. And you can change it to go with ANY outfit.

The retail price for a hat and a Bobbl of your choice is £40.00, but if you want to buy a Bobbl/hat separately they are £20.00 each. I really recommend Bobbl hats, they're just so cute! Plus, they're not just for ladies - men can also wear them!

Plus, there is a something special coming up the beginning of September, so go register your email addresses at www.bobbl.co.uk! Follow their twitter, also, for updates - @BobblUK

Until next time...

August Wishlist!

Hello Friends!

Little wishlist for you today!

I love all these items - obviously or they wouldn't be on my wishlist! Number one is a iPhone case, and the print is loads of little cats! I love cats so much, and I thought this was a perfect fit for me. It's so cute, I love it! Number 2 is a Nikon Coolpix L810. I have been wanting a decent camera for ages because I want to start making youtube videos, and because I can't afford a really expensive one that all the big youtubers use *sob*. Also, the picture quality is really good which is always something I look for when buying cameras... ;) Number 3 is a flower crown. I have seen so many pictures of people wearing a flower crown and they pull it off so well, I want to see whether it would suit me or not. The rest of the items are all 'bedroomy' things! I have been on tumblr recently and all I see is really cute bedrooms, and it's inspired me to get my own cute bedroom at some point in the near future. So I started off with a really nice dressing table and mirror (number 4). Now obviously I'm not going to buy this anytime soon, but I think it's so girly and cute! The cushion (number 5) and storage boxes (6) would look so good in the bedroom I have in my mind, I just hope that one day I have the chance to make a bedroom like this! Last, but by far my favourite and cheapest thing on the list is the fairy lights - a vital component to any girly bedroom. I currently don't have any on my bedroom, therefore they have been put on my wishlist. I think a room looks so much more adorable with the fairy lights on instead of the main light, and these ones are perfect because they're little flowers. I plan on buying this very soon!

To give you an idea of the kind of bedroom I have in mind, here's some pictures!

Imagine a mixture of those two bedrooms... how perfect is that!? Tumblr is such a good place to get inspiration for things to decorate your bedroom. For example, hanging up a bit of string in your room and pegging photos onto it. I know it's such an obvious thing to do, but I didn't think of it until I saw it in tumblr! So yeah, that's my plans for when I move out and I have my own bedroom!

I hope you enjoyed reading and much as I enjoyed looking for things to put in my 'dream' bedroom! I'm going to do a wishlist every month from now on, which I really look forward to doing! Until next time...
